NAI Avant brokered the deal, valued at $1.95 million, for 1101 Carolina Pines. The seller was ALD Thermal Treatment Inc.
S.C. housing shows signs of stabilizing, report says
The number of units on the market fell 15.4% in September – “a positive supply side trend that should bring additional stability,” according to the S.C. Realtors.
USC trustees elect Stone board secretary
Amy Stone, interim executive director of the Carolina Alumni Association, will succeed Tommy Stepp, who is retiring in December after 24 years in the position.
Baskins to chair independent college board
Henri Etta Baskins is retired regional director for AT&T South Carolina. The SCICU board also named Kathy McKinney as the chair-elect. McKinney is a shareholder in Greenville with Haynesworth Sinkler Boyd.
Nickelodeon Theatre names board members
Tracy Jones, Bob Mason, Wendi Nance and Lynn Stokes-Murray will serve three-year terms.
