Enviro AgScience gets Camp Lejeune contract
Enviro AgScience Inc. of Columbia was selected from among 11 proposals for a $14.8 million contract for design and construction of the French Creek mess hall at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, N.C. Work is expected to be completed by Feb. 2013.
Sonoco unveils new process for printed packaging
The Mirrorink process produces a metallic finish in less time and with less expense than demetallization. It uses a proprietary metallic pigment made from metal flakes that produce a mirrorlike sheen when properly aligned.
Fluor Corp. to build expansion of Showa Denko plant
The Texas-based company announced the contract for the expansion of the Ridgeville graphite electrode plant Thursday and has started the procurement and engineering portions of the project. Fluor will run the project out of its Greenville office.
