Remaining Carolina Walk condos sold to Upstate firm
A Greenville real estate investment firm has bought the remaining 29 units at the development next to the University of South Carolina’s Williams-Brice Stadium. Serrus Capital Partners plans to flip the units at two-thirds their original asking price.
Hitt: Expect unemployment insurance reform
State Commerce Secretary Bobby Hitt said Tuesday that he expects for lawmakers to provide relief to employers’ unemployment insurance bills and for Gov. Nikki Haley to support it.
