Wilbur Smith merges with Massachusetts company
Columbia-based international engineering firm Wilbur Smith Associates has been acquired by wastewater and environmental remediation company CDM of Cambridge, Mass. The two companies have been in discussions since June.
Comptroller wants to consolidate state’s financial offices
